I offer a variety of group yoga classes at several locations in the Glendora, CA, and Azusa, CA area. You are welcome to drop in or become a member at any of these locations I teach! Pre-registration may be required for some classes!

Not Sure Which Group Yoga Class Is Right For You?
Gentle Class:
This slower-paced class is appropriate for those who want a lighter, more relaxing practice. Because gentle yoga gradually builds strength, flexibility, and joint mobility, this approach is a good fit for anybody who is recovering from an injury. This class is also beneficial for stress management and reducing chronic conditions.
Vinyasa Flow Class:
This popular and dynamic style involves a variety of poses. Since vinyasa flow is all about synchronizing the breath with movement, you flow from one posture to another. The fluid and continuous movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina.
Power Class:
Power yoga is a fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga, incorporating fast-paced and vigorous movements. When practicing this style, prepare to work hard and sweat. Because power yoga burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga, it can help with weight loss.
